Catherine B. McGowan

Catherine is licensed to practice law in California, in Germany, and holds a French Maîtrise in Legal and Economic Sciences. She has been practicing exclusively in the area of assisted reproductive technology law for almost a decade. Before that, Chaterine focused on international business counseling, and she helped European clients enter the US market and coordinated cross-border probate and estate matters.

Catherine grew up bilingual German and French. She entered a bi-national study program of German and French Law with venues in both Germany and France. She is fluent in German, French, and English.

Catherine is a member of the Academy of Adoption & Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (AAAA), and a member of the American Bar Association ART Committee. She is also a certified Translator (English-German) by the German-British Chamber of Industry & Commerce.
