With 25+years of experience in the fertility field, Mary's expertise in the journey that is family building is one of warmth and compassion. Having faced the trials of infertility herself, and with a nursing career spanning back to 1989, Mary sensed that a vital piece was missing from the tapestry of donor options and expert guidance. Drawing on her clinical prowess, nursing expertise, and managerial skills, she started The Donor Solution in 2007, followed by 3 Sisters Surrogacy in 2012, and merged them together under the Family Solutions International umbrella in 2018. Mary's mission to build families continues to flourish, spreading hope for those facing the challenges of family building in a complex world.
